STATEMENT OF FUNDAMENTAL AND ESSENTIAL TRUTHS  " DOCTRINE ".
The International Federation of Pentecostal Churches in Europe is firmly anchored in the mainstream of Christian history.  It regards the Bible as the all-sufficient source of faith and practice and it subscribes to the historical beliefs of the Early Church.  Along with historic Pentecostal Christianity, it emphasizes Christ as Savior and King.  It also presents Christ as the Healer and takes the distinctive position that speaking in tongues is the initial manifestation when Christ baptizes with the Holy Spirit.
